Registered Dental Hygienist
Midwest BioHealth — New Albany, Ohio
Midwest BioHealth is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist who values a more thoughtful, patient-centered approach to care.
This is not a high-volume practice. Our work is relationship-based, education-focused, and grounded in a deeper understanding of oral and systemic health. We take time with our patients—and with each other.
The Role
Here, the hygienist is more than a provider of cleanings.
You play a central role in:
patient education
identifying health patterns
building long-term relationships
supporting whole-body wellness
Appointments are not rushed. The focus is on clarity, communication, and meaningful care.
Key Responsibilities
Preventive care, scaling, and root planing
Dental radiographs and clinical review
Patient education (oral hygiene and nutrition)
Accurate documentation and charting
Support during exams and treatment planning
Infection control and clinical protocols
Who This Is For
We are looking for someone who is:

A strong communicator and educator
Detail-oriented and clinically confident

Experience is valued, but mindset matters most.
Qualifications
Active RDH license (Ohio)
CPR/BLS certification
Strong communication skills
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
