Registered Dental Hygienist

Midwest BioHealth — New Albany, Ohio

Midwest BioHealth is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist who values a more thoughtful, patient-centered approach to care.

This is not a high-volume practice. Our work is relationship-based, education-focused, and grounded in a deeper understanding of oral and systemic health. We take time with our patients—and with each other.

The Role

Here, the hygienist is more than a provider of cleanings.

You play a central role in:

  • patient education

  • identifying health patterns

  • building long-term relationships

  • supporting whole-body wellness

Appointments are not rushed. The focus is on clarity, communication, and meaningful care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preventive care, scaling, and root planing

  • Dental radiographs and clinical review

  • Patient education (oral hygiene and nutrition)

  • Accurate documentation and charting

  • Support during exams and treatment planning

  • Infection control and clinical protocols

Who This Is For

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Calm, thoughtful, and patient-focused

  • A strong communicator and educator

  • Detail-oriented and clinically confident

  • Aligned with a whole-body approach to health

Experience is valued, but mindset matters most.

Qualifications

  • Active RDH license (Ohio)

  • CPR/BLS certification

  • Strong communication skills

  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
